This 60-minute consultation combines the information from your online survey and digital intake forms with an in-person interview and movement screen to build a complete picture of your health. During this session, we’ll cover a comprehensive health intake, conduct a movement assessment, and create a full client profile.

I will also determine which resources best fit your needs and personally connect you with those professionals to support your goals.
